Papers & Reprints

At Qognetix, we are committed to advancing the scientific foundations of synthetic intelligence. Our research outputs are shared as preprints, whitepapers, and open science contributions to foster collaboration with the neuroscience, AI, and computational modelling communities.

Our papers represent formal validation of claims made across our platform and research domains. Each publication undergoes rigorous benchmarking against canonical models and is shared openly to support scientific reproducibility and community scrutiny.

Below you will find links to current and forthcoming publications. Each entry includes an abstract and citation information.

BioSynapStudio: Synthetic Intelligence Powered by Biologically Accurate Neural Modelling

This pre-release whitepaper demonstrates that BioSynapStudio reproduces canonical Hodgkin–Huxley spike dynamics with high fidelity on general-purpose hardware. The work introduces a new benchmarking approach based on electrophysiological fidelity rather than computational throughput, providing a reproducible framework for evaluating synthetic intelligence systems.
