BSS Lab is currently available through a controlled early-access programme.
This preview is intended for organisations and research groups who want to evaluate BSS Lab in a serious, exploratory capacity and provide informed feedback as we refine the platform.
At this stage, access is by request and approval only.
Who this preview is for
We are primarily looking to work with:
- Research groups, labs, or organisations exploring biologically grounded computation, neuromorphic systems, or advanced simulation
- Teams with a genuine technical or scientific interest in the underlying approach
- Organisations able to evaluate software responsibly under a confidentiality framework
- Early collaborators who can provide constructive feedback, not just casual usage
This is not a public beta or consumer release.
What to expect if approved
If your request is approved:
- Access will be granted to your organisation, not an individual account
- An NDA will be required before any software or materials are provided
- Access is provided for evaluation and research purposes only
- Downloads and release materials are made available through a private portal
- Software access is governed and time-limited during the preview phase
This approach allows us to share meaningful capability while protecting ongoing research and development.
What we are not offering (yet)
To set expectations clearly, this early-access preview is not intended for:
- General public use or hobby projects
- Open redistribution or classroom-wide deployment
- Reverse engineering, benchmarking for competitive replication, or derivative development
- Production or commercial deployment
We expect to broaden access over time as the platform matures.
How we review requests
Each request is reviewed manually. We consider:
- The organisation or group requesting access
- The intended use and context
- Alignment with the goals of the preview programme
- Our current capacity to support meaningful engagement
Submitting a request does not guarantee access, but we do aim to respond to all serious enquiries.
A note on confidentiality
Because Qognetix Lab exposes non-public technology and behaviour, all approved access is governed by a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement. This is a standard part of working with us at this stage.
